I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, making it a great area for family and friends to gather and chat. Everything was very clean, and the housekeeper was always on time. The service was outstanding - everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they even promised to contact me promptly. The location was perfect for us, as my daughter graduated from UofM, and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings near various restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The dining experience was fantastic, with a wonderful meal available and delicious waffles. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel room was a mix of positives and negatives. While it was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, it showed signs of wear and tear with some maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns. The service was a highlight with exceptional staff, though there were some instances of rudeness. The location was convenient for specific activities, but noise from nearby events was a drawback. My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable, and having breakfast included was a nice touch. The suites were designed well, with the sitting room conveniently located closer to the hallway.
